Hundreds of manholes have been left open on the streets and sidewalks of DHA Karachi.  It would be unfair to blame the authorities, since they never claimed that they care about the residents. But the residents, particularly parents, who claim to be taking care of their children at the fancy school PTA meetings, should be the one raisings hue and cry against such things.
